CLASS 6
In class 6 we concentrated on a folktale retold by Michael Rosen called The Man Who Sold His Shadow. We decided to do some blurb writing to presuade children to read the book. We really enjoyed the book and tried to use quote from it in our blurbs.
“I'll give you three days to get it back. If after that, you have a good, well-fitted shadow, then my daughter is yours. If not, she will marry someone else…” Will this man retrieve his shadow in time, or will he lose his beautiful love forever?
