Autumn Term (1st Half) 2011
All About Me!
Welcome back after the wonderful summer holidays. All of the children seem very excited to be in their new class and they are making lots of new friends. Please check our webpage regularly as it will be updated with children’s work.
For the first couple of weeks the children will be completing a topic called ‘All About Me’. This topic is to help the children learn lots about their school and classroom as well as the other children in their class. During the topic the children will be making an introduction booklet for new pupils and visitors that come into our classroom. In the booklet there will be lots of information about the children, the staff and our timetable for others to see.

Here is Ducklings recycling bin we created as part of our ‘Environment’ week. As a class we decided what we would like to make our bin into and after much thought we chose a duckling. We created lots of hand prints using different coloured yellow paint for the duckling’s feathers. |
